We are not claiming wrongdoing. We are asking the questions any resident may ask, and publishing the answers as they arrive. Below is the running list of public-records requests filed with the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, and the County Clerk. As documents come back, we’ll post them here so anyone — neighbor, reporter, or official — can check our claims against the source.

The three documents that should exist before any tree falls
- The wildlife survey (Florida’s protected bat maternity season runs April 16–August 14).
- The stormwater / drainage impact study for the 3-acre site.
- The site-alternatives analysis and cost comparison with the county-owned parcel 0.8 miles away.
If these documents exist, the City should make them public before Thursday’s vote. If they don’t exist, that is the story.
